• Transaction Information — Contact information for buyer and seller, purchase and sales information, product details, payment details, and communications between parties through the Site.
• Site Activity Information — Pages visited, browser and operating system, referring websites, search phrases, mobile device information, and technical reports.

You can visit the Site and learn about the services we provide without providing Personal Information. You will need to provide Personal Information, however, to sell, bid on or purchase Items, and other interactive portions of the Site. IP addresses are collected automatically from every Site visitor.

B. Registration Information and Multi-factor Authentication. The Site's registration process requires Users to provide valid and accurate contact information including name, street address, mobile phone number, birth date and email address. We may use your mobile phone number and/or email address to provide additional account security through multi-factor authentication (MFA). The Site is intended solely for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

C. Other Information We Obtain:

• Transaction Information — All sales and purchases of Items, shipping information, and correspondence or dispute resolution communications.
• FFL Information — FFL numbers, copies of licenses, license verification records, and related compliance information, used solely for facilitating Transactions and verifying compliance with applicable laws.
• Financial Information — Bank account and/or credit card details for facilitating Transactions.
• Site Activity Information — Pages visited, browser data, referring websites, and mobile device information.
• Cookies — Small text files stored on your computer to record browser type, language, software attributes, visit time, and referring website.

A. Sharing with Affiliated Parties. We may share your Personal Information among our Affiliated Parties, who may use that information only to the extent consistent with this Privacy Policy.

E. Third Party Websites and Advertisements. This Privacy Policy only addresses information that we collect from you. If you disclose your Personal Information to third parties such as bidders, Buyers and Sellers on our Site, other rules may apply.

F. Merger, Acquisition, or Other Corporate Events. In the event of a corporate transaction such as a sale, merger or reorganization, we reserve the right to disclose or transfer your Personal Information to the acquiring company.

A. Email Messages from Us. The Site sends two types of email communications: transactional communications related to activities such as purchases, and promotional email messages.

D. Text Messages/Mobile Communications. Security-related text messages, including authentication codes, are transactional messages necessary to protect your account. You cannot opt out of security-related text messages if you are a registered User.
